Things to know: Free WiFi Includes a double sofabed The family dogs are welcome! If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Quiet and just as described. Very welcoming and inviting. They have everything you need. I brought paper to and toilet paper etc. but they had it all. I will be booking again. If your questioning to book it, Don’t. It’s adorable and close to everything. You won’t be disappointed

1. No toaster!! I couldnt find one for the life of me. A toaster is a basic amenity to be supplied.
2. The listing states there is a coffee grinder, again, none to be found . Update your information on amenities, or restock .
3. I recommend some simple curtains in the bedroom to block the bright light leakage around the edge of the blind.

Clean and comfortable. Thoughtful Amenities including dishes for our pup and a fantastic fenced yard to keep him safe too. A full kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay, plentiful towels for bathing and blankets for the comfy bed too. Great neighborhood too. We will definitely be back!

This rental was perfect for our visit to Spokane Valley, Wa. It’s a quaint little home, about the size of a one bedroom apartment, with a giant fenced yard. It was absolutely perfect for our two little dogs to run and play in a safe location. We will definitely book this place for all of our future visits.

That I rented and found it to be all that you described it to be. The only thing I would suggest is that you install grab bar in the shower for older people like me. I am not happy about a finder’s fee if anyone leaves something behind. PostAge fee is expected

Good Size for Two Adults + Dogs
It's nice to find a rental that was clean and had a great fenced yard for our dog. The kitchen was well stocked and provided anything you may need. The only downfall was the instant hot water tank wasn't hot early in the morning when we were going to shower, however it was later in the day. We will book again next trip to Spokane.

It has a fenced yard and pets had a good time. It is within a reasonable driving distance to Coeur d'Alene where we went to the lake and to Triple Play. The property was well kept and super super super clean. Great attention to detail. They provide cooking supplies, eating utensils, coffee maker, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper. We ate outside, but we noticed. The only thing is the water coming out of the shower head has too much pressure, but that should be an easy fix. Overall I will recommend it.
