Minimal interaction with staff, but received daily text messages. When I requested an item, it was there for me.
While the beds and linens were clean, the room was not very clean, especially the bathroom with brown stains on the walls. Breakfast was nice to have, but the waffle irons had thick black coating that peeled off into your waffles.

Breakfast was great - two waffle irons with some various toppings, as well as fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt, and a Keurig with a few options for k-cups. The entire property was nice and quiet the entire stay, and it was easy to come and go throughout our visit with the coded locks on the doors.
Our headboard creaked any time we shifted in the bed, so though the mattress was comfortable, our sleep was frequently disrupted through the night. My wife has a nut allergy, so the honey walnut cream cheese made her nervous for cross-contamination at breakfast, limiting our options.

There was a man name, Nick, who kept in touch with us and answered our questions and was checking in with us if we needed anything just to let him know very good customer service
The price was reasonable, but the room was very small

The waffles were fantastic, as well as the muffins. A little protein with the breakfast would have been great but, there is a microwave to use in the dining area if you'd like to bring something to heat up. The room was plenty big for 4 of us.
We left a day early during our reservation due to weather conditions at home....Not the inn's fault but it would have been nice to stay for our entire reservation.
