The property is very central to the city and has great transport links

Upon arrival to the room there was an odor lingering that required the windows to be open. During the stay a dirty cotton bud from what I assume is from a previous guest was found.

The place was VERY clean and comfortable, The decoration was superb. The communal areas were very good. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also clean and the shower was perfect. Heating in the place can be switched off if you need to. The instrucctions to get access the room (self check-in) were good and easy to follow.

They have ZERO flexibility on the 11am check out, so if you have a race or an event the next morning, you'll need to pack up when you leave. I understand they need to clean the rooms for the following guests but a little bit of simpathy when replying back would've been appreciated rather than "check out is strictly 11am". Also be mindful, there's no parking, and the street next to it is a bit dodgy (but I had no problems with my car). If you are staying in room 3, bear in mind your toilet/shower is one floor downstairs... not a biggie but bear in mind this if you need to get up in the middle of the night to pee :-).

It was odd having a private bathroom but not attached to the room. Also a very small space. Would be perfect for a single person
