Everything was perfect, Alen is a great host.
The house is great for 2-3 families, as it has three bedrooms and each bedroom has its own complete bathroom.
The house is located in a small and quiet village, the beach is reachable in ~10 minutes by car. Little supermarket and restaurants are within short walking distance from the house.
The outdoor/pool/bbq area is lovely and relaxing with several lounge chairs, pool equipment and outdoor kitchen. Also, the garden, plants and trees look very nice and are well-kept.
The description and photos of the house are very accurate.

Very nice villa with everything needed incl. air-conditions in all rooms, towels etc. Each room had a private bathroom, which is very nice when you are more families. Nice beds.
Big nice pool with sun most of the day and plenty of sun-beds available. 2 nice local restaurants and a local grocery shop available within 5 minutters walk. Also many nice local restaurants within 10 minutes driving distance.
Alen welcomed us on the first day and was very a very supportive host during the entire stay.
The villa is based in a quite village with nice neighbors. There are several nice beaches 3 km away with guarded parking (6 EUR/ day). One of them is at a camping place with a lot of activities as snorkeling, SUP etc. in the blue laguna’s. Very nice and easy.
