Fishing was awesome (mostly small). Caught trout, ladyfish, ribbonfish, piggy perch, drum, small reds, and a small ray. Used the crab traps for the first time and caught a few as well. Can't wait to come back.

The welcome note and chocolates were a really nice treat upon arrival. The upstairs of the house was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots and pans as well as spices. The appliances all worked perfectly including the ice maker in the fridge. I typically am very thorough in reading reviews and researching on the house, but apparently I missed that the downstairs was completely disconnected from the upstairs. If you have teenagers it would work well, but for our 4,6, 9, and 10 year old it was a bit sketch. Being right on the water like we were, we had to come up with a way to lock the kids “in” at night. Luckily I had a baby monitor I was able to rig up to see all the kids. I would recommend the owner put a second electronic keypad downstairs on the front door at a minimum. The downstairs, while a super cool kid setup smelt REALLY bad of mildew and mold. We noticed one of the downstairs windows was broken with a heavy amount of mildew and mold growth in the inside. If they would fix that window and then do a deep clean it might not be so bad down there. Unfortunately the house isn’t quite big enough to cram 4 kids upstairs and someone start breakfast, otherwise we’d probably have done that. The video games and den setup were awesome for entertainment for them when the kiddos got tired of being outside for a bit though! The outside setup was perfect. We didn’t try to get in the water, but caught catfish, stingrays, flounder, etc!

Great place for us, our adult children, our grandchildren, and our 83 yr old parents. Crabs and piggy perch for the little ones. All you need for entertainment on our weekend. Thanks for sharing your home!

The new owners have done an awesome job of fixing the place up and we really enjoyed the fishing and relaxing off the docks. There were plenty of cooking supplies and amenities. I will definitely be renting this place in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderfully stocked, beautifully furnished, fresh flowers and plants. Everything as expected, kayaking fun for the teens, great fishing for all (many trout, some catfish, a sting ray, and a few monsters that got away) Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Video games were fun when the wind was cold. For the birders we saw, gulls, terns, ibis, cranes, whistling ducks, the osprey, cormorants, and many others. Wonderful sunsets, lots of amazing decks, easy contact with host. A wonderful spring break retreat.

A group of us stay the weekend. Came home and started talking about staying back at this same place again!

We had a great time staying at this home. It’s in a great location! Quick access to the beaches, boating, groceries, and to restaurants. I would recommend staying at this VRBO! Host is very quick with responses.

It was a great experience

The place is amazing! Super clean, manager/owner very accommodating! The place was perfect for young adults, teens and parents! Everyone had so much fun playing games, cooking, kayaking, swimming and fishing! The location was perfect distance to the beach/shopping & restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed the sunset views and peaceful nights! We will definitely book again and tell others!

Our family stayed here since we were in town for our son's white coat ceremony at Moody Convention Center and wanted to stay close to the event. It is a gorgeous property! We didn't even go to the beach! We spent most of our time there, outside, on the two beautiful decks or one of the two outdoor patios. Lots of seating and relaxing space for everyone, kayaks that we used out in the bay several times, a large flat grassy lawn with a hammock, and a really fun down stairs area with several old school arcade games with lots of beds for everyone! It was my husband and I, our 5 kids ages 25, 23, 21, 19, 17, one of my son's girlfriends. The beds were all super comfortable, the house is beautifully decorated, the neighborhood was great-nice & quiet, and it's close enough to everything without being right there on the seawall with the noise and traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would love to stay again!

We were celebrating my parent's 50th Anniversary. This is a beautiful property and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

The property was everything we needed and more. Our four grandsons were entertained by the arcade games, kayaks and fishing. They spent less time on their phones than we can remember. The adults enjoyed the relaxing porches and pergolas as well as the comfortable bedrooms for rest and relaxing reading. The downstairs room was for the grandsons and upstairs for the adults. The host have every single thing you can think of in this house ti make your stay the best. Things you arrive with and realize you forgot. The game room? It can’t be beat! It entertained or little one and teens the entire time- they were never bored! Games , activities, art supply’s , video games, arcade games…. Endless fun! Now for outside! 3 decks to choose from! All 3 have amazing views and seating to sit around and enjoy the day, relax or fish! The fishing was good, and lots of fun!! We enjoyed the kayaks one day and corn hole boards one evening while cooking out on the provided grills. The entire house has speakers - turn it on the Bob Marley station and enjoy the place! It’s such a vibe 😎 When I tell you this is the best house we have stayed at I mean it. I would recommend this house a million times to anyone!!

There are 3 beds/2 baths upstairs and 7 beds/1 bath downstairs so plenty of room. Just beware that downstairs has a low ceiling. Nobody in our group bumped their head but if you are tall, watch out. The house smelled like it had just been exterminated but we opened the doors up and it aired out quickly with the ocean breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Had the house for 2 day to do some fishing with my neighbor’s. House was nice and had everything needed for the stay. The lower level has a pretty low ceiling so be cautious if your over 5’6. Caught a lot of small sand trout on the lights at night. Hope to come back for a longer stay in the future!

We had a great time. The house had everything we needed for cooking, grilling, and fishing off the deck was a great experience. We caught a ton of fish, no keepers, but it was enough action to keep everyone excited. The place was extremely clean and the location was in great proximity to everything we needed. We would definitely stay their again.

We had an awesome time staying at the house. Amazing views and wonderful amenities made it hard to leave. Our group is already talking about how much we want to go back!
