Great spacious flat with large balcony overlooking the city which suited perfectly for a family of 4. Ten minute walk away from the seafront, restaurants and shops. Staff are great 24/7 communicators via whatsapp and very helpful with any request. Would definitely stay again.

The place was amazing.
Parking. Location. Size of the place. We are a family of 5 and the place was good for us. Everything was above the expectation. When we needed to checkout the staff offered to keep the luggage on their housekeeping room.
to prevent light from coming in might be better to check the curtains at night.

Modern apartment exactly like the photo’s. The apartments were spotless and the cleaners did a fantastic job of making everything clean and tidy.
Location was great for us as it was a little out of the centre, close to the tennis courts and an easy walk to the church and beach.
We arrived late, so was sent a video showing how to gain access to the apartment which was easy to follow.
Parking was part of the ground level of the apartments and free, so we could park a hire car to use for exploring.
The team regularly provided bottled water in eco cartons, which was a lovely touch.
The upstairs bar area isn’t staffed and closes at 10pm, but this worked out great for us, as we were able to use the space during the day to bring up our own drinks and relax.
There was a function using the upstairs area one evening but this didn’t cause us any issues.
Before the trip, we were at risk at being moved to another place within the liv urban apartments, but we explained that we chose the place for the location and the team were able to honour our booked location, which was greatly appreciated.

Staff were great/perfect, property is well located, clean and nicely designed.
Lack of pillows on bed only one each, no lamps next to bed, no usb ports or similar in rooms - for newer places like this it should be standard.
