Located 250 meters from the beach by a small path, this 35 m2 cottage has been completely renovated. Ideal for a family of 2/3 people: 2 adults and 1 child

East end of Bernieres sur mer on the St Aubin sur mer side. This cottage located in the owners' property with an independent entrance and an independent garden out of sight, not overlooked, the owners living on the other side with a garden invisible to you. Fitted out on one level, it includes a living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area with sofa and wood stove, 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160cm quality bed) with adjoining bathroom and separate toilet. Small attic mezzanine with access by a ladder will allow you to sleep 1 child. Very good thermal and sound insulation. Wifi ). Small private enclosed garden out of sight and flowered with garden furniture, small electric plancha. Baby equipment. Board games. Loan of beach equipment. Charges included, sheets and towels provided. Cleaning by you or flat rate 30 euros for several days. A classic coffee maker and an espresso coffee maker. Large refrigerator.

We stayed 3 days at this cozy cottage at the edge of town. A great place to view all the Normandy beaches. We also made a day trip to Bayeux from here. Cottage was very comfortable with a great king bed, spacious bath, kitchenette and sitting area. Close to grocery store and a great restaurant at Auberge de la Lucerne. Hostess Valerie was very nice, spoke very good English and was quite helpful.

The cottage is ideal for a short break. It's clean, with modern fixtures and fittings. A great little garden with outdoor furniture and ability to cook outdoors on an electric grill.
It's a short walk to the beach. There are some nice local food shops a short drive away, and fish from the quay at Courseilles-sur-mer

Séjour très agréable dans une petite indépendance aménagée avec goût et très propre. Un petit jardinet attenant très bien pour les enfants. L’océan est à 10min à pied. De belles plages où nous ne sommes pas entassés. Merci encore.
