This 1st Floor Mainsail unit offers views of the Gulf from a private patio and access to a private 15-acre beachfront. Daily beach service for 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas is included (seasonally) with this unit. The patio is accessed from the living room and master bedroom with steps down to the ground level for easy access to the beach, pool, gym, and tennis courts. The spacious living room has a sectional sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV, wet bar, and patio access. The kitchen is fully furnished and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and bar seating for 4. The dining room table can accommodate 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, patio access, a desk, and TV with a master bath that includes a newly-tiled walk in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath and TV. For your convenience, the unit has a full size washer and dryer. While elevator access is available, this unit is always just one quick flight of stairs away from the parking level.

We loved everything about this condo! It was beautiful and had so many extras that many hosts don’t include! The proximity to both the beach and pool were perfect. The view of the ocean is actually better than the pictures indicate. I would definitely stay here again!
