Easy to park, room was clean with air conditioning. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included in price and was a reasonable "continental breakfast" given the room price
Only one large towel provided and it was a little thin. the turning into the hotel is a little hidden on a fast road.

Everything about this hotel is literally positive.
Located in a green area of Toscana surrounded by beautiful mountains & views.
12-15 mns by car to Barberino Outlet.
The rooms are spacious, well equipped & clean.
The staff are welcoming & very kind.
I definitely recommend it.
The breakfast was very rich & had everything you could ask for.

convenient for our overnight stay. Near the motorway.
We asked for a double room and got a twin. There were two damp patches on the walls and ants in the room. We left the room and asked for another one. We were told it was difficult to find another room because they had a lot of students using the rooms. In the end they managed to find a room for us. The shower door was broken . It was cold and it felt unused so it felt damp. The hotel is build with the back (both floors) level with the hill its built on. They obviously have trouble with damp and ants. There is white ant powder everywhere outside.
I'm not sure why people have rated this hotel higher than a 5 or 6. we were given two different rooms, neither of them were of a good standard.
