I was extremely pissed because of false advertisement I was told there was a hot tub and Jacuzzi and one showed up on property to get in hot tub. The hot tub would not turn on went upstairs to take a bath in the Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi would not turn on the dryer would not dry your clothes. It would take six hours to dry five towels in the washer would not spin all the water out of the clothing. The remotes did not have working batteries check-in was at 4 o’clock. They wouldn’t allow me to check in till 430 and then I had to send proof that I paid through emails that I had saved. Extremely upset about a lot of things. Pensacola staff was nice though they did give me a wedding gift which I thought was very thoughtful, but it was definitely not what I anticipated for what I paid for when I called to find out if they could come down and turn on the hot tub they said it was advertised as a martini bar and clearly on the website it says hot tub and Jacuzzi that was the whole allure towards getting that property. I’m more than likely will not be back.
