Location, cleanliness and cooking facilities and equipment.
Lack of supplies for washing up. We had to go searching for dish cloths in the back room and there was inadequate dish washing liquid. Bathroom supplies were also minimal.
One bed was too soft for one of our group. Only one bedroom has closet space.

Great location and very good kitchen facilities.
No full length mirror.
Some chipped mugs.
No microwave safe cooking bowls. Some extra cutlery needed (,esp forks)
Front yard full of weeds.

Clean inside and comfortable
Yard was untidy, back patio are was dirty with leftover cigarette butts in ashtray which looked like they had been there for some time. Back patio did not look like photos. Air conditioning struggled on a hot day to cool main living area and kitchen.

Bedroom door doesn’t close in bedroom of kitchen
Floor runs away to window, it really needs restumping in that area
Still a sewage type smell coming from the bathroom and heat lamps in roof not working
Wierd noises from roof,almost sounds like something is in the ceiling cavity or a ghost??
