Red Bone Restaurant - in Kingston on Rt. 70 - very good - seafood and steaks, sandwiches like reubens also, not too pricey-in fact, reasonable for what you get 7. Excellent pizza and good restaurant / sports bar. You are renting a home in a rural area. WIFI and cell service are known to be spotty. Please bring your own mobile hot spot if a strong internet / cell reception is important to you. You may utilize the long ample driveway to park your cars and trailer. All pets are charged a pet fee of $150. There is a maximum of two pets per home. A special request for payment will be sent to collect the fee. This is a privately owned home that is much loved by its owners. Please enjoy your yourselves while treating the home with respect as if it were yours and respect the neighbors too. Leave plastic bags in the trash cans provided at the end of the driveway. No unbagged trash or leaky bags will be accepted, you will be responsible for disposal for those bags. NEVER leave bags sitting outside the closed trashed can overnight. The home is on a septic system. PLEASE be careful with what goes down the commode/drains. Please only use septic safe toilet paper such as Angel Soft.
