Clean, comfortable house with easy access to Wake Forest. Nothing exciting but checked all the boxes for a nice place to stay visiting our child at Wake.
Owner was easy to work with and will definitely look to return the next time I’m in town.

Cozy home with three bedrooms one bath all updated. Was extremely convenient to Wake Forest University. The only feedback is the toilet space was extremely small but I’m not sure what you can do about that.

I stayed in this house with two other WFU online grad students for a program requirement for 4 nights. This house was perfect for our stay. It’s close to the university and it had the amenities we needed. The owner was responsive and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. I’d highly recommend staying here! I will likely stay again!

Perfect house to explore Wake Forest. I could walk or jog from the front door and be on campus in just a few minutes. The house is immaculate, the linens are rich, and the beds have just right amount of firmness/cushion. I will gladly stay there again.

We rented this home due to its proximity to Wake Forest. We went down for the weekend to celebrate our son's birthday and had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as described, very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The location was what made it the best as we were 2 mins from everything, including our son! And communication with the host was seamless. We will definitely be back.

Home away from home
This property has everything you need to feel at home! I even entertained one night and the knives and cooking pans were modern and in good shape. The beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. I even had a glitch with our flight home and Phillip was so accommodating - Had me a new code within seconds and was able to give us another night stay. If we travel to this area again I will stay here.

Plenty of room for a family and home has everything you need to for an extended stay. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Great Home
