Everything is really nice. All the staff offer genuine graciousness. The breakfast is delicious and beautifully offered. A true gem.

Brilliant for the tram to the centre, station and airport. Don't bother buying a ticket just tap on with your card and travel anywhere on the tram and bus for €2. Wonderful friendly staff. Breakfast is good. .
The shower door was very difficult to open. The street noise was a bit loud and very noisy in the corridors all night.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were excellent and very responsive. Room was exactly what I needed for a quick layover. Location was excellent- not far from Firenze SMN by tram. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Breakfast was good.
Shower was too small.

It was close to the tram and the staff were very friendly
The bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on the floor, could have also done with an upgrade of linen
