This flat was perfect to staying in Florance. With great location, easy access to the downtown. The apartment was very comfortable.

The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom basin sink was not draining properly, the water kept pooling up and took way too long to drain. We were forced to use the bidet sink to wash our hands, etc which was unpleasant. The main lobby had an empty drinking water tank throughout our stay and it was never refilled, it would have been nice to have drinking water as a basic convenience.
