Die Lage ist ruhig, der Weg zu einem kleinem Strand beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir konnten gut für fünf Personen kochen und gemütlich am Tisch sitzen und essen. Die Schlafräume waren komfortabel und geräumig,.die Betten bequem.
Für die fünfte Person war der Schlafplatz sehr unbequem im Wohnzimmer auf einer Couch. Diese konnte man zwar ausklappen, für fünf Nächte ist dies aber keine Option. Zu hell, zu laut und sehr hart. Balkon / Garten lieblos - wir haben ihn nur für die Wäsche genutzt. Im Bad wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten - die Dusche benötigt eine gründliche Reinigung.

The apartment was very comfortable and big. Ahh, the luxury of having a dishwasher and a washing machine...! The beach wasn't very far away, and there was a small shop in walking distance. It was very quiet and peaceful.
The lock of the front door was very hard to open by hand (but it was easy to open with a key). The apartment is downstairs, and the windows of the living room are in level with the street in front of us - when we looked out the windows, we saw the licence plate of our car (the bedroom windows look out to a small lawn). So I missed the view - but the apartment wasn't very expensive, so I'm not complaining. All in all, it was worth it.

The flat has enough space for a family. The shower had alwaxs enough water and the wlan was also good (I didn't need it, but it worked well)
The flat wasn't clean - I'm aware that austrians like me have high standards, but I was several times in Croatia and it was always much cleaner that this flat.
There was dirt in the caskets, spider nets in the corners and next to the couch or the bed. There were a few hairs in the shower and mold in the corners! The floor was vacuum cleaned, but I think never saw a drop of water - our feet and socks were dirty after walking through the flat, so we always have worn slippers. One bed linen had even blood drops on it!
Also there is no baking oven like mentioned in the description. One of the two remote controls for the television had emtpy batteries (that can happen - just as an information for the owner/cleaner).
The backyard could also be in better shape (my opinion - the view from the terrace is terrible under such circumstances)
To sum up - It worked for us, but I won't stay at this location anymore.
