Fabulous location, very good breakfast, lots of choice, staff friendly.
There were hairs on the sheets that were not mine. I expect they just didn’t dislodge themselves during the wash cycle. I mention this but don’t hold it against the hotel.

Location of the hotel is excellent.
Unfortunately, our first day was a complete disaster. Since our room was given to someone, we were asked to stay in different, dirty, lower ranked room. After long discussions, hotel offered two separate rooms instead, since there were no available rooms to accommodate 3. Next day, they provided us a room for 3, so we can stay as family.

Great location, lovely swimming pools and easy access to the beach.
The room was very old and definitely not at a level I would expect for 4 stars, but it was very clean and functional and after all it was a very low price for the location so I think I got what I paid for. Other rooms have been updated and are much more modern, hence I think the hotel as a whole rates 4 stars.
