Parfait, ne changez rien !

En premier lieu j'ai apprécié que la présentation "booking" du lieu corresponde à la réalité. Concernant l'hôtel tout était parfait : personnel au desk accueillant et professionnel. Nous avons dîner deux fois au restaurant + les petits déjeuners : là encore le personnel de service était adorable, serviable, à l'écoute, professionnel. Très bon hôtel.

Si je devais émettre une critique je dirai que notre chambre (double) était un peu petite.

Bel hôtel avec une très belle vue sur le lac

Hôtel avec une belle vue , mais assez loin de la ville pour allez à pied surtout le soir .

Enestående, fantastisk udsigt og restaurant

Helt fantastisk beliggenhed og udsigt over Como-søen, både fra værelset og fra restauranten, som var fremragende!!! Lidt svært at finde op til.

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Comer See

Das Restaurant bietet sehr gute Qualität und der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Dafür ist das Hotel gut geeignet. Im Sommer sicherlich noch viel schöner, wenn man auch den Außenpool nutzen kann. Die Zimmer sind funktional gestaltet, sicherlich nicht überragend, aber gerade das Bad war gut. Insgesamt nettes kleines Hotel mit einer guten Atmosphäre

Die Zimmer sind schon recht einfach gehalten und der Fernseher ist nicht zeitgemäß und extrem kompliziert. Es könnte etwas mehr Stauraum im Zimmer sein

Calme et un personnel très attentif et bienveillant

Le personnel est ce qui fait l’atout de cet hôtel en plus de la localisation, au calme. Les chambres avec vue sont incroyables ! Nous avons pris certains repas sur place et la cuisine est également excellente.

Beautiful view of como.

Amazing little village close to Como. We walked to the ferry port of Cernobbio and travelled to Como. It was a steep downhill walk and so maybe a taxi is more suitable. The view from this hotel is something I’ve never experienced before - unbelievable. Value for money is great relative to other hotels but nonetheless still expensive.

Taxi prices are extortionate - €50 from the station to the hotel as it is slightly secluded (10 min journey from the station) The hotel reception was often left unattended and we waited for a while several times for help with towels etc. Lastly, there was a wedding held in the restaurant of the hotel on one of the days we stayed. This was a little uncomfortable, being a guest of the hotel, as I was in my bikini and had to walk through the party to get to the pool/ go to the toilets/ get drinks etc. The wedding guests also used the pool facilities and were rather loud when the hotel guests were trying to relax on the sun loungers. I wish we’d have known in advance about this booking but the hotel did not inform us.

Very happy about my decision

great position right above Cernobbio overlooking the lake. The restaurant is quite interesting, I had 2 dinners there and I tried the top choice from te menu also asking to a very pro and nice team, maitre and waiter. I think their names are Gaspare and Emanuele. I did not meet the chef but...superlative food

no real nutella :-) and no fresh juices but overall a good breakfast. For a 4 stars hotel in that position and with that chef they can do little better with minimum investment I will appreciate 2-3 express dishese like scrambled eggs insteadoof the "standard" eggs prepared and parked in the sad tray Staff always great. Nice and gentle

The bed was very comfortable. The acces was great with the panoramic lift. Tasty breakfast. Quality cocktails.

No one at reception to greet us on arrival. Additional cost for parking. No kettle or coffee/tea in the room. Slow internet. General noise through the night from neighbouring rooms and outside activity (dogs, building work, traffic).

Beautiful Hilltop View in Elegant Surroundings

The view is gorgeous on top of the hills of Cernobbio with the beautiful lake and mountains surrounding como, even from the partial view room. The hotel is renovated so it feels fresh and elegant. Having breakfast on the terrace in the morning with the birds chirping and the mist lifting was a moment of zen.

The room is small although it has all the necessary amenities.

- Fantastic Views of Lake Como from the Pool/ Dining Area - Friendly Staff

- The additional cost for parking near the property was disappointing (€15 per night). Nevertheless, free parking was located around 100 meters away, so it was not a huge inconvenience.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The food and views stunning. The rooms clean and warm. A wonderful stay.

The location was excellent and the view from my room gave me excellent views of Lake Como.

It was a bit noisy at times with the doors banging.

I enjoyed the staff, cleanliness, and the hotel was lovely! I'd definitely go back with a car.

The views were gorgeous, the room was definitely on the smaller side. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast which was extremely convenient.

Transportation around Como was horrible. Finding a taxi would take a long time, no Ubers, and train/bus strikes so walking around was traitorous.
