The location of this hotel is excellent — close to everything you'd want in Salerno and very convenient for getting around. The staff was truly amazing, genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference to the overall experience. Breakfast was really good, with a nice variety to start the day well.
The one downside was the rooms, which definitely could use a fresh touch or some renovation — they felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the location and staff, but the rooms could use some love.
