About this condo rental
Situated in Wimereux, this charming condo for $118 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. In the heart of the "Great site of the 2 caps", Wimereux, small charming seaside resort of the Opal Coast, seduced us for its sea, its large sandy beaches, its dike, its pretty colorful villas and its atmosphere. retro ". All year long, it remains alive with its many shops and restaurants for all budgets. It is the ideal destination for a family holiday. Located on the dike of Wimereux, the apartment has a surface of 50 m² with sea view living room and bedroom. Completely renovated in February 2016, it is rented for up to 5 people. It is very well equipped: free WIFI, USB plugs for each bed, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen "like at home" to prepare good dishes. We provide a folding baby cot and a high chair if you wish. It has a mezzanine not included in the rent but available. (We are not responsible in case of accident related to the use of Mezzanine). The sea view apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator of a 19th century building emblematic of the resort ("The Grand Hotel"). It is ideally located on the dike of Wimereux: immediate beach access, downtown access all shops within walking distance. The resort has many restaurants including a gourmet. Here, hiking is queen. The preserved landscapes of the "Grand site des 2 caps" take place along the paths along the seaside. The assurance of great walks with family or friends that will leave you with beautiful memories! Wimereux is a paradise for athletes: sailing light, Kate-surfing, windsurfing, trail, horse riding, golf, mountain biking, road cycling ... Culture is not outdone in Wimereux. Visit old Boulogne and its castle at 15 minutes, the aquarium "Nausicaa" at 10 minutes, Saint Omer with its Gothic cathedral (tourism-saintomer.com) and its marshes classified World Heritage of Unesco (www. -marais. en) 50 minutes, the historic center of La Coupole in Helfaut (50 minutes) ... At the gates of Belgium and England, easily accessible by car (A26 motorway and Channel Tunnel), by train (a few hundred meters from the city center), by boat via the port of Calais, everything is then accessible walk from the apartment! We put all our heart to equip and decorate the apartment you are going to rent. Respecting places is essential for us. Renting is first and foremost a relationship of mutual trust before a relationship of money! ATTENTION, the Grand Hotel is a makeover. Work is planned for the renovation of the common this fall and / or winter. We do not know the start date yet. If you are concerned, you will be notified as soon as you obtain the information. Fenster zur Opalküste
Die Wohnung im ehemaligen Grande Hotel ist perfekt eingerichtet, um erholsame Tage am Meer zu verbringen.
Die Küche, der Essbereich und die Schlafplätze sind für max. 6 bis 8 Personen nutzbar. Da wir zu dritt waren gab es ausreichend Platz und Stauraum.
Die Abendsonne wärmte uns angenehm beim Essen, so dass die gemeinsame Zeit am Eßtisch und anschließend auf der Couch zu glänzenden Stunden wurden.
Unser Sohn (14 J.) konnte sich des nachts in der Koje über dem Bad zurückziehen und wir hatten vom Bett aus einen wunderbaren Blick auf das opalblaue Meer und konnten dem Meeresrauschen der Gezeiten lauschen.
Von den umgebenden Wohnungen bekamen wir nichts mit. Und durch die schalldichten Fenster und die Rollladen war das Ausschlafen am Morgen entspannt möglich.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cette appart situé face à la mer /bien aménagé / très propre/ Bel immeuble. Très bien situé.
Nous étions dans la tempête de vent et du coup les fenêtres ont sifflé tout le temps mais ce n'est qu'un détail. On reviendra avec plaisir chez Guy et Marie.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L’appartement est idéalement situé, les pieds dans l’eau et à 2 pas des commerces. Il est lumineux, bien équipé et bien agencé. Aucune difficulté pour se garer en cette période de l’année. Wimereux est une petite ville vraiment très agréable et très bien située avec beaucoup de visites et de sorties à faire dans les environs.

L’appartement est idéalement situé face à la mer, sur la digue. Il est propre, très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Literie propre et confortable. Contact sympathique avec Guy, le propriétaire, et Céline qui s’occupe de l’appartement (par téléphone en raison de la situation sanitaire). Nous avons vu des couchers de soleil magnifiques sur la mer ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement !

couchers de soleil et ressac
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans un endroit juste magique avec pour berceuse, le bruit des vagues venant s'échouer sur la digue. Ajoutons que le temps était de la partie. Ainsi nous avons pu admirer les couchers de soleil sur la mer depuis le balcon ou depuis le canapé idéalement installé face à la Manche.
Guy et Marie sont des hôtes bienveillants qui sont à l'écoute de leurs locataires, ils ne manquent pas de vous vous conseiller sur les ballades à faire dans les environs de Wimereux et ils font en sorte que votre séjour soit une réussite. Et ce fût le cas.
Merci à Guy pour cette suggestion : se baigner au crépuscule lorsque la mer est d'huile, un vrai petit bonheur....
L'appartement est très bien équipé ( vaisselle abondante et aux couleurs de la mer, ustensiles de cuisine permettant de cuisiner...) et décoré avec goût.
Le petit cadeau de bienvenue nous a fait grand plaisir, merci.
