Hard beds, hard pillows - just needs mattress toppers and at least 1 soft pillow per person

Really lovely staff- very welcoming and helpful.

Room could do with upgrade. Tea/coffee facilities, with no close plans and no coffee or milk, only tea.

Lovely swimming pool and breakfast - we ate out in the evenings as a lot of restaurants a very nice one just down the hill

Steep walk up the last bit of the hill one of the reception staff was not good but the others were lovely

Lovely staff Location

Very bad Wi-Fi, especially with kids. Restaurant food very poor considering in the town of Palau the food is fabulous, the pasta dishes are very small and very tasteless, they need an excellent chef as this is not good enough for the price. Check is 10.30am that’s soo bad considering the price and we had to leave right after breakfast, travellers need the 12 o clock check out at least.
