Minha experiência foi surpreendente. Quando reservei, confesso que fiquei insegura por ser "pousada hotel". Mas logo ao chegar a experiencia começa a ser incrível. O quarto é excelente, seu tamanho mais que adequado para uma passagem a trabalho ou lazer. Tudo é muito bonito e nostágico, desde os quadros, bibelôs, moveis na sala do café. Até piano de calda tem, e estava afinadíssimo! O banheiro estava impecável e pensa num papel higiênico diferenciado?! Uma semana antes me hospedei em uma hotel muito bom pertencente à Accor. Minha experiência foi excelente, mas confesso minha estadia na Pousada Hotel Pacaembu superou todas as estrelas. Muitas vezes as pessoas querem saber sobre o café da manha e para mim, foi o necessário e sem desperdício. Tinha iogurte, ovos, paes, presunto, queijo, bolo, cha, café, leite, o que é muito além do café da manha em minha casa. Recomendo e certamente retornarei.

Clean, modern, accommodating owner /operator and staff. We needed a fridge and was provided, a bit earlier breakfast and that was done.
Check-in and parking, small room without some amenities you expect.
Location require a car or a hike. A car really is not practical as parking is a decent walk away (public over night parking) if you can find it.

Breakfast and location was quite good.
The rooms are very small, it has everything and the bed was comfortable, but too small.
