It was nice. It was one of the largest rooms we had while in Japan. The room was clean.
It was a nice hotel. My fault for not realizing the bathrooms were outside of the rooms. Had I realized it prior to ordering, I would not have stayed. But they were very clean. We were on the 8th floor and had to go to the lobby, thransfer elevators and go down to the basement to shower. It was lovely but a little odd.

The room was comfortable, and had its own TV with World cup matches streamed!!!
The best part was that the front was selling the 1 day bus tickets, thanks so much for these!
By mistake i let the sign that i was in the room after I left, and they kindly put on a paper that would I need a new towel I could exchange this note for it at the front desk.
They also offered paid kimono rental, which looked nice.
The hotsprings and sauna were amazing, I was surprised this great service was included in such an affordable acommodation!
I did not get a good night rest because of the AC. Apparently its either super cold or super hot- and since a customer asked to bring the temperature up, it was so hot that I couldnt sleep until I asked for it to be changed at around 3 am.
other than that, it was great!
It was sad to hear that their take out breakfast does not allow vegetarian arrangements.

The location was quite good. The hallway was quiet. Everything looked clean and neat. The deluxpod has a nice size.
The matras was extremely hard. They could have put a blanket on the floor and I wouldn't have noticed a difference. I now understand why you could pay extra for a room with a better matras. After lying down for half an hour my back was already starting to hurt. Once checked in you can still pay extra for a matrasstopper. Which is a ridiculous concept. The blanket was really thin. Not only that, for every single small amenity, such as earplugs, you have to pay extra. The toilets are before the security door. So each time you need to go to the toilet you need to leave the securityhallway.
In the end I decided that I'd rather pay extra for a new hotel with a decent bed and decent amenities and checked out within two hours. It was more expensive than paying for the matrasstopper, but I refused to pay extra to make a bed, I'd already payed for, usable.
