The location was great, right next to a spar shop, train station less than 5 minute walk away. One stop on train and you’re in Antibes. You’ve a beach 5 mins away too. We cooked in a few nights. Balcony furniture was great for us, we sat out a few times.
There was a small issue with the water in the shower going hot and cold. We just turned the shower temp knob when it changed temperature rather than raising it as an issue while we stayed there.

Its proximity to the beach and the shops/ bakery
No a/c in the second bedroom but once you go the other a/cs running the room cooled down.

Good sized, comfortable apartment, well- equipped and in a good, convenient location. Especially liked the large balcony and large comfortable beds.
The front bedroom faced a busy street and was noisy at night time.
