Convenient location, short walk to either the bus or tram stop (near some shops), or about 15-20 mins walk to main attractions.
On-site parking - we were allowed to stay in the parking spot after check out.
Room was clean and well-presented.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable with a very friendly host. Communications were straightforward and the beds and rooms very comfortable. The location was excellent for Nottingham, the station and sports grounds.
It was very warm while we stayed and the front bedroom was heating up and very bright at 4am. I would recommend getting blackout blinds to make it darker and cooler in summer months.

I agree with the review that says "you get what you pay for".
It's a clean family home very close to centre of town. Parking on drive way for one and free parking on roadside for many.
Hostess was nice.
The single room is literally bed, armchair and wall mounted TV. It is small. But then it's also very very cheap so not really a downside.
