We loved this little hotel for its closeness to town and the beautiful setting and our lovely hostess Delani. We were in Ella for two nights and our stay could not have been better. The walk to town is only 5 minutes as it is from the train station. Delani is helpful explaining how to get to the various sights.
There is nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful peaceful location within the rainforest but only a few minutes walk from Ella’s centre and a lovely balcony to relax. The decor is lovely and the owner takes great pride looking after the plants adding to ambience

Very peaceful and cozy place outside the room there is sitting area so you can enjoy nature, birds chirping and rain. There is also outdoor dining arrangement and we had really delicious breakfast. Our stay was for three nights and everyday we enjoyed rain. The host Dilani is such a nice lady
Toilet need some upgrades , To reach the property you need to take some stairs

The family were so lovely and accommodating, it was a great location - just a 10 minute walk into Ella main street.
It was quite outdated, the bathroom had mould on the walls and the mosquito nets had holes in. The breakfast was just fried eggs and bread, probably best not to have.
