The property was misrepresented, lacked maintenance and renovation, and was not fit for rental.

The external areas of the resort were very nice. There were several swimming pools, well‑maintained gardens, playgrounds for children, and a beachfront location that we enjoyed. The restaurant staff were friendly and prepared eggs to order, and we played some pool games with the children, which was a pleasant moment.

Collecting the keys was not straightforward. We arrived at 23:00 after a long transit and had to fill forms, read regulations, agree to procedures, and have wristbands added, which felt bureaucratic and intrusive. Staff also wanted to photograph our children even though they were asleep, and no one explained how to use the old door system, so we had to return to reception for help. The bungalow did not match the photos or description on Booking.com. We found mouldy curtains, damaged and crumbly walls, unfinished areas with exposed electrical points, an extra bed left undone, a blocked sink, a leaking tap, damaged furniture, dirty utensils, and hair on surfaces (all documented). The advertised outdoor furniture was incomplete, with the umbrella and hammock missing.

Very comfortable cabin, I would definitely like to return in other occasions!

Marcus was an excellent host. I've found the cabin exactly as described, brand new and with a complete kitchen and a very comfy space for our family. The pool was wonderful and the proximity with many attractions in the area was great for our schedule (we rented a car). Very quiet and very good internet (a must with teenagers).
