About this house rental
Set on a private, tree-lined 1,500 m² garden right on the beach, Le Lodge offers 350 m² of living space and a large, covered 120 m² veranda facing the ocean. It features 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Ideal for a group of friends or a large family, accommodating up to 12 people.
GROUND FLOOR:
- Large living room (120 m²), with soaring ceilings (8 meters high), featuring a bar, piano, and library
- TV lounge (24 satellite channels)
- A large veranda surrounding the living room, with a 45 m² dining area and direct ocean views
- A 35 m² suite featuring a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a work area, and a 20 m² covered terrace facing the garden. An additional single bed can be added in the office area.
- A large, fully equipped 35 m² kitchen: 300 L refrigerator, 120 L freezer, a 4-burner gas stove with oven, cookware, and tableware for 15 people.
- An outdoor barbecue rounds out the amenities.

- a double bed
- Private bathroom and toilet
- Seating area with a desk

SERVICES
HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
Two employees—a housekeeper and a cook—are at your service 8 hours a day.
They will perform the following tasks according to your instructions: making beds, cleaning the bathroom, general housekeeping, doing laundry, and preparing meals.
They have several years of experience, and the cook can prepare meals for you (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) from a menu of about 7 dishes she has been trained to make.
They live in the village or a nearby village (within a maximum of two kilometers).
TECHNICIAN AND MAINTENANCE WORKER
Two residence employees ensure the proper functioning of the facilities from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. They manage electricity generation and water supply, and will address any specific technical issues at your request.
In the event of a serious problem, the residence management can be reached 24 hours a day and can respond within one hour at the latest.
