Mejor de lo esperado

Teniamos la reserva para el Sercotel Carlos III, pero como está de obra, nos derivaron al Alfonso XIII. Es una categoria superior. La habitación cómoda, con nevera (habia una caja de agua de cortesía), a/a, amenities en bote individual (no sobres) y secador (siempre se olvidan poner un gorro!!). Las camas y almohadas MUY comodas. La habitación daba sobre la avenida principal y al cerrar la ventana no se escuchaba nada. No tiene persianas pero sí cortinados opacos para la luz. Las toallas buenas y secaban bien. Tiene ascensor. Estabamos a unos 15' andando del puerto y la casco histórico.

No tiene parking, pero pegado al hotel hay uno. Nosotros aparcamos en la puerta del hotel, pero era domingo, igual los dias de semana es más complicado. La mampara de la ducha es corta en relación a la potencia que tiene la ducha y se moja el baño.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Wermutstropfen

Personal freundlich, gute Lage am Stadtkernrand, gute Betten

Einen Abend wohl Grossveranstaltung im Hotel, z.T. sehr laut. Punkt 24 Uhr war glücklicherweise Schluss. Hotel vergibt eine Bonuscard für benachbartes Parkhaus. Trotz der Nachfrage beim Portier wie beim Verlassen des Parkhauses diese Karte mit Barkcode einzusetzen ist, akzeptierte der Parkautomat die Bonuskarte nicht und wir mussten den regulären, teuren Tarif bezahlen.

Precio, ubicación, personal y tamaño de la habitación.

La falta de parking en el hotel, y la televisión. No hay manera de oírla bajita, o sin sonido o muy alta para verla por la noche.

Good hotel at a good price.

Clean, spacious, easy access, late checkout, friendly staff, good value, good availability of cheap street parking. Some nice touches, like separate bedside mini reading lights. Breakfast available on site but we didn’t try it.

The breakfast was exceptional.

The room was very stark, with no frills at all, with no full length mirror, and very little drawer space. The room seemed to be designed aesthetically but not for practicality, certainly not for an extended stay The bathroom likewise, absolutely nowhere to put vanity bags etc but the floor

100% worth the money we paid for.

Overall experience was fantastic. Close to the city centre and the gym. The room was pretty quiet and the shower was fenomenal. The entire room was spotless and the WA messages on check in and check out, very helpful

The beds could have been better. Also de room view to be improved, We were located on the inside and no light came to the room at all.

Ok for a 2 or 3 days in Cartagena

Helpful staff, parking although payment required, this was located under the hotel. Also prompt response when shower did not drain properly.

Amazing breakfast

Nice hotel, room and amazing breakfast with fresh food that was being replaced all the time . Staff is super friendly and helpful.

No parking but you can park close and there’s a discount.

lovely few days in a clean and quiet hotel

quiet and clean. great staff on front desk who went out of their way to help with our parking situation and to find our way around.

a bit far out of town and no views from the bedrooms . no option for eating or having a coffee through the day.
