I did not have a very pleasant experience here

The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious enough

If you plan to arrive before 17:00, make other arrangements, as check-in is only permitted after 17:00. I tried to check in one hour early, but they asked for an extra €5. After my first night, the owner tried to enter my room at around 17:00 without knocking. Fortunately, I had locked the door from the inside. When I opened it, she didn't greet me or apologize; instead, she told me I needed to leave because I was supposed to check out that day. I reminded her that I had booked two nights. She insisted my reservation was for only one night, even after I showed her my Booking.com confirmation. She later checked her records and realized she had confused my booking with another room, but she never apologized. The room was not properly cleaned, and the toilet was shared and located outside the room. Overall, I would not recommend this property for anything more than a one-night stay.

I choose this apartment because it's close to Roubaix velodrome. Room was very clean. There are lots of equipments to cook. Bed is comfortable.

Entrance a little bit tricky but i think it's due to booking.coms auto translation. a little noisy due to the busy traffic outside.

Gang en wc op de gang was wat sjofel. De kamer was niet wauw maar prijs-kwaliteit zeker ok. Het was voor ons ook maar een doorreis dus voor dit doeleinde zeker in orde.
