Located in Farmington, this charming house for $105 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to "Dad's Hangout". House was purchased for me to live in. When my daughter didn’t want me to move out it became dad’s hangout. When purchased the house was bank owned. The house was unlivable when purchased. The work on the house was centered on trying to reuse as much as possible. The house has a way to go for completion but is ready to rent. Located in a 1950's area of town. Home is centrally located in a Quiet Neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. Go South for Old Town with local merchants and family owned dinning establishments. Or go East for a modern experience. Mostly chain restaurants and shopping. Also the mall is located there. Thrill-seekers can try a range of adventure sports while our museums, shops, and galleries are perfect for those looking for something a little gentler. With its new plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical service the house is safe and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and black out curtains. One bedroom has TV, extra blankets, space heater, iron, luggage stand, and ironing board. The other room has an adjustable bed with a chill pad on it. The living/dining room has WIFI, 65" TV, stereo system and small futon. Futon can be used for a extra bed. Large Kitchen with breakfast bar has all the amenities needed for meals. Drip coffee maker with complementary coffee. All new bathroom with tub/shower and hair drier. Linen closet has plenty of towels and first aid kit. Laundry room includes. Washer, drier, and soap. Outdoor living is now available. New concrete patio with cover in back. Table with 4 chairs on patio. Patio also has a propane barbeque. The front has seating for 2 with small table. Smoking allowed in outside areas. Please clean up ashtrays.

First, Dale was easy to communicate with and available as needed. The neighborhood is not ritzy... but the location is perfect, the neighbors pleasant and we felt very comfortable and safe. The home was immaculately clean and we'll equipped. Living room cozy, beds comfortable, bathroom spotless. The kitchen was well organized with everything needed available right where one would expect it to be. Very nice stay and quite likely will book again!

It's a great hangout for people and pets. Dale has thought of everything to make your stay at his hangout comfortable and memorable. He has extra toiletries (I love the massage soap), fully furnished kitchen supplies, the tv has so many options that I couldn't handle it all, and if you bring your dog, he even has supplies for scooping poop. The neighbors are very nice. Civitan Park is in walking distance and my pups loved running through the grass there. It is a quite, comfortable, and relaxing stay. Thanks again Dale.

Greatly enjoyed visiting family in Farmington and staying at Dads Hangout. House was GREAT! Owner very responsive…he made process very easy. Neighborhood was quiet and not far from grocery store. Five stars all the way!

Dale's house was extremely neat, clean and well appointed. He has everything you may need and more, along with extra special touches you did not think about! We even borrowed his cheaters .. ha ha! We were here for 12 nights and enjoyed our time there. Our arrival was delayed due to bad weather and he was gracious to allows us to extend our stay ! We will be back .. thanks Dale !

Our stay was not what was expected as we all ended up catching a bad cold and really did not get to do all that we had planned, but our stay was still great as we had everything we needed. Very close to grocery stores and anything else we needed. My husband enjoyed walking over to the golf course when he felt better and doing a round of golf or 2. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Working with Dale was great with each step of our stay was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This may be the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Everything is relatively new and all in working condition. Lots of nice amenities. We felt at home. Owner was in touch right after booking and kept us updated when the house was ready. He was very responsive and I’m sure would have taken care of any issue we had. But we didn’t have any issues, which is even better. There was also a nice information book with everything we needed to know and any owner expectations. We will stay here again when visiting Farmington.

This house was recently remodeled and very clean throughout. The owner was very thoughtful of what renters need and we didn't lack for anything. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is close to stores and many restaurants. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Farmington.

I have been able to stay at Dale’s place while performing a short work assignment in Farmington. His place is great. Very clean. Relaxed family neighborhood. Safe. All the amenities I could have asked for. The place is very clean and up to date. Good beds. Plenty of linens. Cooking utensils including for the grill. Definitely enjoyed my stay!

Our party of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Dale’s place. The entire house was exceptionally clean, the kitchen very well stocked, and the fenced backyard perfect for our pups. The next time we are in Farmington we will definitely try and stay with Dale again!!
