Located in Nassau, this lovely villa for $1,200 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Spectacular oceanfront home with unparalleled and panoramic views over Delaport Bay and the white beach directly in front of the Villa. The house was designed as a luxury Vacation spot located in the center of New Providence - the Main Island of the Bahamas. Close enough to everything you will need like Restaurants, Bars and shopping centers - but still with this unique private Island flair you expect while visiting the Bahamas. It is a beautiful example of Colonial styled modern architecture and offers a large space for Families or Friends for your stay in the beautiful Bahamas! The Villa is located on the West Bay Street - directly on the north side with probably the most beautiful beaches on the whole island. Because of the surrinding private villas, the beach is nearly private and only 3 steps away from the patio area. The main floor is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, it is an open concept, the family room, dining room, and kitchen all have huge windows overlooking the waves and views. The 20ft Patio doors can be opened completely and transforming the living room and the pool area into a large open space. The master bedroom (king bed) overlooks the blue Ocean and there are 2 other bedrooms on the second floor, both with queen beds and one bedroom beside the living room and kitchen. All Bedrooms have attached bathrooms and direct ocean view. BEDROOMS Master Bedroom - First Floor - King Bed - Full-size Bathroom + separate Bathtube Bedroom 1 - First Floor - Queen Bed - Full-size Bathroom with walk-in Shower Bedroom 2 - Second Floor - Queen Bed - Full-size Bathroom Bedroom 3 - Second Floor - Queen Bed - Full-size Bathroom All areas are air-conditioned! The open kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops - gas cooktop - separate Breakfast area for up to 6, Bar area facing the kitchen and large dining area (with ten-seater dining table) The kitchen opens out onto the large open dining room and the down-filled-white-couched TV room. The doors of the dining and TV room collapse all the way back so that the entire water-side of the villa is wide open to the ocean and beach. The wide verandah has a lovely living area with plush couches and an additional dining table for sea-view dining. Additional to the inside, the Patio has a large BBQ Station and the outdoor sitting area beside the pool surrounded by Palm trees and Bahamian Seagrapes. To reach the Villa is only a 6 Minute ride from the Nassau International Airport (Lynden Pindling International Airport) and important to mention, not in the flight zone for regular airplanes.

The property is in a spectacular location. The management team were very helpful and very concerned for our safety since there was a tropical storm that grazed the house during our stay. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that a couple of the bathrooms (including the master) never got hot water in the showers. Gorgeous place though.

Our group of 7 family members all enjoyed our stay at La Mouette. The house, pool, ocean view, beach access and location were excellent. We worked with Bianca on the reservation and check in and Alicia for the bulk of the hosting process. Both were responsive and helpful. We loved the property so much that we have already made arrangements to book it again next year with our same group. To be completely transparent, there were a few minor upkeep and maintenance issues that should be addressed like the front gate not working, freezer handle broken, leaking faucet outside, tankless hot water heater alarm and rain shower head in master bathroom but, none of these issues presented too much of an inconvenience or tarnished our opinion of the property. We still loved it!

This property is in a great location, a very nice house and a tremendous ocean view. I would recommend a rental car and gps if you venture out. Also, plan your meals before hand as you will find it very expensive at the grocery store and restaurants. Finding where the locals eat are your best food options.

I don’t know where to begin, but I will attempt it. The property is just as described. When walking into the living room, all I could see was the infinity pool looking onto the ocean. It was beautiful! As soon as we told the hosts we were there, Bianca came to show us the property. She was super sweet, accommodating, and accessible! I loved her welcoming demeanor! It was evident she loves what she does! Attention to the details was evident. I do appreciate the real authentic people that Bianca and Florian are. These qualities will make us return to the Bahamas and their properties!

Fantastic House On the Beach
We absolutely loved the house and its location on the beach. The house itself was as advertised - beautifully appointed and clean. When visiting the islands, we usually will spend time checking out the local scene, but we found ourselves remaining at the house the entire time as it is located just feet from a beautiful and private beach. The only tough decision we had to make in a given day was whether to swim in the ocean or our own pool! In addition, Florian and Bianca, who manage the house, were wonderful and very helpful hosts. They went above and beyond with ensuring the house was in top shape and helped with any and all questions. I will be back again with my family. This is one of the best homes I have rented over the years.

Beautiful home, splendid views, friendly owners
From the moment we are arrived, we knew this luxurious home was perfect for our family stay in The Bahamas. The home is spacious, impeccable, and has every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. It is private, yet close to main attractions, golf courses, and great restaurants. The white, sandy beach is literally steps from the front porch. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set from the oversized porch. The owners are super friendly and so helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit to this fabulous home at such a reasonable price.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
