● Personel cudowny. Wszyscy bardzo pomocni, sympatyczni.
● Blisko bramy do parku.
●Śniadania smaczne.
Jeden minus - bardzo stromy podjazd do hotelu. Autem terenowym z napędem 4x4 było nam trudno podjechać. Mapy Google zaprowadziły nas w inne miejsce. Trzeba pytać lokalsów o drogę.
Ale ogólnie hotel warty polecenia i będziemy to miejsce bardzo miło wspominać. Dziękujemy personelowi za BARDZO MIŁĄ OBSŁUGĘ ❤️

The rooms are spacious and very large, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We had some clothes washed, and they were returned very quickly as well. The place is truly impressive, and for the price we paid, it’s unbelievable — excellent value for money.
I would especially like to thank the kitchen staff, who were flawless every single day, accommodating many of our requests (even when they weren’t on the menu), and Charlotte, who helped us so much during our stay. She is amazing! We were traveling with a 1-year-10-month-old baby, and of course, we didn’t take her on the hikes. But during the three days we stayed, Charlotte gradually built trust with the little one (who unfortunately doesn’t like women, haha). By the end, they were getting along wonderfully, which was such a relief for us and the child’s parents — it really took a huge weight off our shoulders.
I recommend bringing cash and leaving at least a small tip for each of the staff members there — they truly deserve it (there were 11 of them during our stay).
The only negative point comes from myself. I just arrived back in Brazil today after two months of traveling, and I thought the accommodation had already been paid for. At check-out, I ended up leaving without paying. Unfortunately, it hadn’t been charged by Booking, and I genuinely thought it had been. When I checked my statement, I realized there was no charge. They kindly sent me a PayPal link for payment, and I’m in the process of paying it right now. I feel completely embarrassed about this situation, as it’s been almost a month since our stay. I sincerely apologize to the accommodation for the mistake.

Location beautiful and rooms very nice
Unfortunately we didn't have water in the room for all the time (2 days and night!), nor in the WC nor in the shower or sink, the lady manager coudn't fix the problem and didn't want to change the room, keeping telling the problem should fixed in few minutes. After gorilla trekking I had to ask a friend to have a shower in her room and was the only one. Impossible to go to the toilet. Manager tried to make me pay with a ridicolous discount, she is a crafty totally inefficient.
