Pontos positivos: Vista bonita da varanda dos quartos e piscina. Pontos negativos: Limpeza precária, precisando de vários itens de manutenção. Na minha opinião não vale o preço. Estadia péssima, fotos da casa no site não demonstram a realidade da conservação do local. Garagem para um único carro pequeno em cima de um aterro, sem telhado e com portão remendado e soltando da coluna lateral, portão podre. Demais carros ficam na "rua" estreita sujeito a acidentes. Um dos dois chuveiros esta queimado, o eletricista foi ao local porém sem solução pois não havia condições para comprar o necessário para o reparo (resistencia). O mesmo banheiro estava com o vaso sanitário entupido, reclamamos porém sem solução também. Rede elétrica da casa repleta de remendos e gambiarras, muito medo. Rede elétrica da churrasqueira danificada e sem luz, a luz foi solucionada após 5hs inviabilizando o uso da mesma naquela noite. Sem itens indispensáveis como: pano de chão, saco de lixo, álcool gel e limpeza adequada. Piscina muito suja e com a filtragem da agua danificada, sem aspirador e sem piscineiro. Local da bomba da piscina sem luz e muito perigoso, cheio de entulho e vidros quebrados. Piscina recebe aguas da chuva vinda dos telhados através de canos horríveis e sem nenhuma filtragem ou decantação. Necessita de dedetização, há excesso de baratas na casa, principalmente na cozinha (gavetas, armários, paredes). Lixeira da casa em frente da cozinha. Decoração com moveis velhos necessitando de manutenção e eletro eletrônicos obsoletos. Área externa da piscina sem iluminação e com muitos perigos: sem guarda corpo, diversos pisos quebrados e soltos. Local sem gerador de energia para geladeiras ou baterias de luz. Em minha estadia ficamos mais de 24hs sem luz por motivos de chuvas fortes e sem a devida assessoria por parte dos anfitriões. Tivemos que ligar em diversos lugares até descobrir qual Companhia Elétrica poderia nos ajudar, corremos atrás de isopor e gelo na região para tentar salvar os alimentos, além de estragar diversos mantimentos de geladeira. Infelizmente preocupação mínima por parte da anfitriã com seus clientes, não propôs auxilio e nem descontos frente aos problemas relatados acima.
