It features a hallway with a wardrobe, a living area with a sofa and TV, and an integrated dining area with a table and chairs. A separated sleeping area includes a double bed, while a second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen, accessible from the living area, is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bright bathroom provides a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. All rooms are fitted with external roller shutters for added comfort. Facilities such as a swimming pool for guests and owners, and a sauna (for a fee) are available. A washing machine and dryer in the basement can be used for a fee. A parking space (max. height 175 cm) and bicycle storage are included. Pets are not allowed. Please note the balcony is not accessible until the end of August 2026.
