Our house is a classic 4-square house on one of the best streets in New Haven. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and historic charm. There is a gourmet kitchen with Wolf/Subzero appliances, updated baths and AC.
It is walking distance to Yale, gourmet markets and coffee shops. The neighborhood is very friendly and is the best of living in a university town.
House is also available for rental by term or year.

This house was perfect for our family of seven to enjoy graduation festivities. We had room to spread out, everyone had a comfy, clean bed to sleep in, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals or enjoy take out in the comfort of the gorgeous dining room. The fixtures and furnishings are top notch. There were plenty of towels for everyone, and the fully stocked laundry room and modern washer and dryer were a super bonus. There is a full sized ironing board in the laundry room as well. The screened patio was a nice plus to enjoy afternoon snacks and the amazing Spring weather. Great host communication, and very easy check-in. We’d gladly book this property again.

This property is lovely and in a beautiful area. The house was in excellent condition, clean and well kept. The property has a great flow for our group of eight and when friends stopped over. The location is perfect: short walking distance to Yale, around the corner from a great Italian market and other coffee shops. It is also only two blocks from Modern pizza; one of New Haven's favorites. The location of the house is quiet even though being in the middle of close by attractions via walking distance. We would rent this property again; it was such a lovely time.
