Close to Yale. Designated parking. Powerful shower, very refreshing. Secure access. Towels were clean. Lots of kitchen utensils if you plan cooking. We didn’t really need it for 2-3 days stay. And I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, bowling, golf games they had on the first floor. Filtered water pitcher in the fridge. Washer and dryer in unit. Prompt Text messages for questions.
1. Noise from the street. May be a problem for light sleepers.
2. Cannabis odor in the bedroom, despite the windows being closed. Most likely from residents smoking outside. It did subside later at night.
3. Shower grout needs cleaning.
4. Furniture needs repair and cleaning. For example the sofa needed cleaning and the tea table was wobbly. Kitchen cabinet with trim pealing off.
5. Facial tissue would be nice.

There were lots of laundry amenities and kitchen amenities.
There is a strong odor entering the apartment that took only a little while to adjust to.

Fabulous apartment. This is a high end apartment with fabulous facilites. The fixtures and fittings were very good quality. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. A lovely big bathroom. We made use of the well stocked kitchen, and the washing machine. The property also has access to a an outside pool, a games room including a bowling alley, free coffee machine and a large gym and roof terrace. We were incredibly happy with everything.
