The staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was also great - right next to the beach.

Close to the sea, sea view rooms are spectacular, beds are so comfortable, very spacious! Staff was incredibly helpful!
For older people I believe an elevator would have been a good idea to get to sea view rooms, but I will note that they do have ground floor rooms that are not sea view which we could have chosen for older family members. Some renovations may be a good idea for indoors and a breakfast would be nice.

Me and my Mom had a beautiful stay in Soula Naxos. We had a great view to the sea with stunning sunsets.
Our apartment was just 2 minutes walking distance to the beach.
Every day our room was cleaned, and we were greeted by Petros every time we would pass him by.
Special thanks to Petros, for meeting us from the port and bringing back, for helping out with our suitcases, for giving great advices, and being a wonderful listener.

The staff were amazing! This place had unbelievable sunset views, and walking distance to the ferry and all the best restaurants. They have laundry service available at a very reasonable price and they did a great job all around.

Amazing staff, always attentive and friendly. Unreal location right on the beach.
Pillows were a bit hard and the main shutter doors screeched waking up everyone.

It was a really nice stay! It’s a very calm place next to the beach. The rooms got cleaned every day. the staff is very, very friendly. Petros was/is a very friendly staff. He made the stay in the hotel even nicer because he was always here if someone needed help and he is such a beautiful soul.
Restaurants and bars are super close. 1 min by walk. The ferry is 5-10 min away by walk.

Location was great, very close to the beach.
My shower wasn't clean at all. I paid for a 'junior suite' which was on the same floor as the laundry and maintenance room so was noisy throughout the day.

Exellent location near the beach and town. Room was cleaned really well daily. Well orgranized pick-up from the port. Petros was super kind and helpfull.
Toilet was just awfull, small, shower tap was broken and when you took a shower whole toilet was rotally full of water. No shower curtain.

It was close to the beach and walking distance from the Port. Easy to find. The room was large and clean plus I loved the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful.

10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. 3 minute walk to the beach. Location was great in a very quiet neighborhood. The front desk staff was helpful and available for transportation from and to the port. Our room was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were so kind and helpful and really made the stay that much better! The hotel was right next to a lovely beach and was within walking distance of the main area with bakeries, restaurants and bars.
The shower was quite small and was open so you got water all over the rest of the bathroom floor!

Good location close to the port and beach, good staff (Petros was super nice and helpful!). Super easy with laundry service and the cleaning was great. We really appreciated the luggage room and shower on departure day. We have nothing to complain about and will definatly come back.

The room was decent size, had small kitchen, small bathroom and balcony. Location is good, very close to Agios Georgios beach and 5-10 minutes from Chora. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Also, they drove us to the airport free of charge, which is a big plus.
The shower is small and cabin has no door, so whenever we took a shower, half of bathroom got wet.
We didn't get shower gels/shampoos regularly, so we bought our own in the end.
Power outlets are not positioned near bed.

The staff we wonderful, couldn't have been more helpful. The location makes a perfect base, just a few steps to the beach & great for the old town and all the facilities.

No breakfast included. The room was clean, the cleaning lady was grea as was our contact Petros that picked us up from the port and drove us to the port when departing.
The room only fitted 3 beds. That was it. Very basic.
The shower cover in the bathroom was broken so water was splashing all over when taking a shower.
