The staff is very nice.
All part of the hotel is spotlessly clean.
The extra bed is comfortable and full-size bed.The air-conditioning work perfectly.
The garden is well-maintained.
All the food is perfect.
Overall,it is an exceptionally good hotel with an excellent location.
There are few towel hook in the room,only 2 hooks in a triple room.
Children's bathroom and slippers are not provided.
For the last 3 days,they only gave us 2 large towels for 3 people,and no bath mat was provided either.
There could be more sunbeds by the pool.
We didn't get a packed breakfast for our early morning departure.
Tipping should be included in the prices,because it is awkward to handle it separately for each other.

Beachfront with beautiful views and lovely staff
The bathroom was very dated despite it being an upgraded room. A narrow bath to stand in with a shower head.

The location is absolutely amazing, the beach and sea are impeccable and the layout with the open gardens in each room, playground, kids club etc. is fantastic. Selective staff were super helpful, polite and made the stay special, especially Maria at the kids club and the team at the reception. Beach restaurant had delicious food and a wide selection of choices - you never got bored of it!
It is an old property and only partially recently renovated. The photos are quite misleading. Also in terms of cleanliness, there were quite a few issues that we raised on the spot with the team - and only after the third time did they manage to get it right - our comments were pretty obvious - if the note for changing bed sheets is placed on the bed, bedsheets should be changed, especially if they are dirty! Communal areas are not that clean either. Also majority of staff are seasonal employees who don’t really care about anything and you end up having people who are rude, unhappy and unpleasant to support you.
