早餐種類不多，但有生魚片和現榨柳橙汁機，手作鬆餅機，有免治馬桶，隔音算好。
去博多站，可以直接走路到隔壁大馬路坐公車，有很多班公車，一直回博多站，不用等很久，也有BRT公車去別處。
位置離中洲川端站（地下鐵空港線）走路約10分鐘的位置，有點遠，但會經過3間不同超商，可以順便補貨，
房間很潮濕，床單感覺都濕濕的，沒有附瓶裝水，
早餐供應8:00~10:30，位置不多，建議早點去(9點前)，因為有時要排隊等位置。

住宿地點在巷內，非常安靜。交通離地鐵站很近，附近有商店街可以逛、也有許多步行到達的特色美食，離運河城百貨、屋台走路10分鐘可達。算是方便。
房間濕氣、通風稍有不足，會聞到他房吃重口味的食物味道：如：泡菜、燒烤之類。但不影響住宿品質。行李沒空間擺放。
