Price performance is really good and the host is extremely welcoming and friendly.

It has private parking space, it was clean, bed was comfortable, overall decent enough.
Parking space is very narrow, the apartment is in the ground floor so there are people passing directly in front of your window (and kitchen window has no curtains). Also windows do not have mosquito nets which is a must have for the Adriatic Sea. There is no soundproofing, so you hear everything from upstairs and outside. There was no shower gel (and I noticed that too late).
