The apartment itself was OK and clean

This was a whole world of hassle. Got a call as soon as I made the booking saying we would have to pay £25 just to check in after 6pm. Then they wanted me to send photo ID. Then I was told there was a damage depoite and normally £250 PER PERSON!! But they would do it for £150. They wanted me to fill in a form (more hassle) to authorise this. I refused as it wasn't secure. Was told I would need to pay over the phone beforehand - still not secure so left it til the day in case we got there before 6. That wasn't possible so my partner paid the deposit - now £100 after they had been repeatedly calling me all day while I was at an important work event. They said they would email the location to pick up the keys. Nothing came. I called just befor ethier office closed at 6 and had to persuade them to send this outside of booking.com (which was where they had sent it) as I couldn't get into it. They sent me a phone number to call when we got there which didn't connect to anything. By chance my partner had seen an envelope with my name on in the office of the car park he parked in so we figured this was where to get the key - if he hadn't seen this I'm not sure what we would have done as the office closed at 6. It took a while to get the personnel there to understand that we wanted the key. Eventually we got it. Then finding the apartment itself was unclear. Once we got into the block it was in it was really hard to find. Finally we got in. The apartment itself wasn't bad but there was a hole in the bathroom door that should have been fixed. They held onto the deposit for a whole two weeks. I just wanted a place to stay for the night as we were going to an open day at one of the universities with my son - definitely did not want all of the hassle that came with this. Will stay at Posh Pads again next time - which is a proper apartment hotel whereas this was more like an AirBnB arrangement.

Good location and clean enough once inside

Entrance to property eg stairwell etc was dirty and unkempt . Lift was broken for the duration of our stay which was not ideal . Shower head wasn’t the best and water pressure was poor in shower also

A lovely apartment with two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen with everything you need for a long stay. They honored our request for an earlier check-in, for which we sincerely thank you 🙂

We had booked this apartment as a relative was visiting the city for her birthday, the staff and housekeeping went above and beyond, I couldn’t be more grateful! Very affordable, clean, spacious and safe property - would absolutely book again! Location was bang on for what you would need to stay in the centre too! Staff are so so friendly also

It was very close to everything shops restaurants and a good size apartment enjoyed my stay very much

The heating didn’t work at first but it’s my fault for begin impatient it just took a while to warm up

Too noisy. Was woken up throughout the night from outside noise. Could hear guy upstairs singing in the shower! Windows terrible. There was also an awful smell outside the property. Strong smell of drainage

While you arrived before 6.00pm it was easy to access the keys from Reception. Cannot comment on if you arrive later. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Two double bedrooms and bed settee in the living area. The Appartment had two floors so was very spacious and clean, we had a main bathroom with shower over bath and ensuite with shower. Living space was very spacious and clean, with well equipped kitchen. Has a small balcony which has light switches so allows lighting for evening views outside. Close to local bars and restaurants it was about 10 minutes walk to Docklands, City Centre, bars & restaurants. So very convenient.

Parking available at an extra cost of £15.00 per day, but adequate space available. Extra large vehicle may have issues as narrow entrance but secure & spacious. They need to have an instruction guide of how to use their facilities. For example how to switch on heating, heat shower, use the TV as the TV didn't work. And they were very slow with communication due to their opening hours. They have a phone number but they did not answer, even meant too. I might have been unlucky you may be luckier. I did raise this with them by email and were very apologetic and said they look into adding instructions, but only time and other visitors will tell if they do that.
