I had several issues with this property as follows:- i) Listing stated on-site parking available but when I queried this with the host they recommended a local car park. ii) On arrival at the property at 3pm I hadn't received the door code which I subsequently had to chase up on the phone and send verification of payment of the deposit which I had made at their office only an hour before. After 20 minutes in the pouring rain with my son we eventually got access to the building. We then got to our apartment where the key did not provide access and a further 20 minutes waiting for the host to sort out. iii) I requested a £20 refund for the delayed check-in which is commensurate with their early arrival policy. I didn't receive a response to this request let alone the refund.

The room on arrival was very hot windows didn’t open and fan was broken. The sofa bed was broken along with window blinds. No toilet roll left for a week stay! After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob.

I stayed at Happy Days Apartments in Liverpool and, while there were a few positives, overall the experience was disappointing. The communal entrance and stairway were untidy, with rubbish bags and worn carpets that clearly needed a deep clean. Inside the apartment, the furniture and bathroom were tired — the sofas were stained, and the bathroom floor felt soft and uneven, as if water had seeped underneath. Noise was a major issue. Every night we could hear loud music, shouting, and screaming from the nearby bars and street, making it very difficult to sleep. The area also felt a little rough, with a strip club at the end of the street adding to the uneasy atmosphere. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the shower worked well. Overall, this accommodation might suit groups on a night out or those looking for a cheap place close to the nightlife, but if you value cleanliness, comfort, and a peaceful night’s sleep, it’s best to look elsewhere.

Accommodation are comfortable and clean, there are many restaurants nearby. Staff are nice and helpful. Lots of noise in the street on Friday and holiday nights.

Ideally located for nightlife, shopping, restaurants. The apartment was in great condition with all the comforts of home, far better than staying at hotel. The bed and bedding where so comfy. Communication and staff where excellent! big thank you to Ella.
