I liked the clenliness
It was very loud at night, especially on a Saturday. I also didn’t like that we had a list of jobs to do before we left when we had paid all that money.

Perfect location, although if you’re not there for partying it can be a bit noisy into the early hours. Easy to get in and out of the building while still remaining very secure. Lovely, clean room. Staff were brilliant, very friendly, fan provided for the room on request (it was during heatwave), as was an iron.
No remote for the tv, which would have been good for music etc while getting ready for the evening or watching news over a morning coffee
Small irritation as I don’t routinely check emails, and the messages didn’t appear properly on the booking.com app, but I feel the need for uploading official ID for each person prior to staying was unnecessary, could be done at the desk on arrival as is done at hotels

location was perfection answered all my questions i had about the property and was lovely and clean would definitely recommend

the location is great and bathroom was clean
the fact that we had to wait 30 min upon arrival to send us the code to get in our room was unacceptable.
Bed sheets were used by somebody else and were not changed. also the matress needs to be changed.
