De locatie was super. De ligging op gelijkvloers was dik ok...direct zicht op de wandeldijk en de zee. Er staan geen strandcabines voor het uitzicht. Het appartement was voldoende ruim, proper en helemaal in orde. Zelfs opgemaakte bedden. Alle nodige luxe is aanwezig. Vlakbij komt de lift van parking Zeedijk boven. Autovrije winkelstraten achter de hoek, restaurants zat. De eigenaar is vlot bereikbaar, vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.
Het gebouw zou volledig rolstoeltoegankelijk zijn. Enige nuance is wel nodig. De grote inkom heeft een drempel van ongeveer 25 cm. (voor ons geen probleem, maar zeker niet voor iedereen. De eigenaar had ons hierover vooraf wel op de hoogte gesteld) Er is wel een zij ingang waar je in de kelderverdieping een niet zo brede lift kan nemen. Vond ik toch niet zo praktisch. Met een elektrische rolstoel zou ik dit gebouw zeker niet aanbevelen. Als rolstoeler moet je beseffen dat het geen aangepast appartement is. Of dit voor een rolstoeler geschikt is, zal afhangen van de noden van de rolstoelgebruiker. Voor ons was dit alleszins geen beletsel en goed te doen. We wisten dat het geen aangepast appartement betrof. Wij hadden een toilet/douchestoel bij en hebben wat meubilair verplaatst en zo was het voor ons goed bruikbaar.
