Location is really good, basically 2 min walk and you are on Old Town busy area. For that money, I think it has good value. Rooms are old, but everything basic is there. AC works very well and quiet. Beds are ok. My room had even small bath. Small nice cafeteria down stairs and terrace for breakfast and dinner. Nice people running. Overall I think good value and great location.
The only downsides are: 1. The walls and doors are made from paper. You hear every fart and movement. So better have earplugs. First night was problem, second was more quiet. 2. If you have car, then parking is challenging. However on high season, it took me around 10 min (no too much) to find parking spot on the street within about 5-6 min walking distance radius

Location, cafe onsite, 24 hour reception, powerful shower, very clean.
I asked for a double bed, but got a twin. Very noisy at night, take earplugs!
