About this cottage rental
We designed this beach cottage with YOU in mind! It's located 0.3 mi from Long Sands Beach, a 5 minute walk. It's the perfect size - it's cozy, yet large enough for a family or two to comfortably enjoy a getaway. It features an all white kitchen and a spacious living room with a beautiful gas fireplace for those colder New England months and AC for the hotter months. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer, as well. The property includes a covered front porch w/ teak table and chairs. There is a grill & a beautiful and convenient outdoor shower. Did we mention this cottage is BRAND NEW?

-We offer Friday to Friday rentals in the summer.
-We do not offer any discounted rates for longer rentals.
-The top bunk beds are designed for children due to weight limit capacity/safety.
-At most we are able to accommodate 8 people total with a maximum of 6 adults.

A great and reasonably priced place for us and our young children. It's walking distance to the beach and for wind down time if you have toddlers there's plenty of kids toys and activities which I appreciated.

Salty Poynte was perfect for our family trip. Clean, new, plenty of space in every room. Every bedroom and bathroom fully equipped with everything needed for a family stay. The grill outside was so nice to have. The street is quiet and private and a very short drive to the beach or a nice 10 minute walk. Can’t say enough about this wonderful home. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

The host kept an open line of communication which is very comforting knowing that someone will respond quickly. The house is exactly as pictured, it was comfortable for our family of five. The kids loved having games and Legos to play with during the rainy day. The house is very clean and the fireplace came in very handy to keep us warm and toasty while watching TV. This is a great location with plenty to do within minutes.

Beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay, the house is brand new, everything we needed and more. The owners are so nice and hospitable. My grandson had board games and beach toys and lots to occupy him. I highly recommend, we will likely be back.
