This property is BRAND NEW and CLEAN! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location. The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building- Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials. Canyonlands has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The main living area has 4 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area. You'll have a private stacking washer and dryer inside your condo. Please contact me if you'd like to rent more than 1 condo in the same building! This building is NON-Smoking and No Pets. Deck/ Patio area- Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. This place is better than the description! So many nice touches and so much room! And it’s in an excellent spot! Close to everything but far enough away for real quiet time. Would definitely book this again. The extra fees were the only thing I wasn’t thrilled with, I must have missed that in the description of the place in the beginning, but would have booked anyway. Overall very satisfied.

Great place exactly as advertised. Close walking distance to some great places to eat and drink. Centrally located and close to everything. Place was clean and well taken care of. Communication with Stephanie was great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Moab and experience the national parks close by!

The location is great, and unit C is comfortable and pretty usefully appointed. The beds were super comfortable. One bathroom has a loose, rocking toilet, and sewer gas smell was stinky. The bedroom tv would turn on by itself, which woke our toddler up in the middle of the night. The heating unit remote controls were not user friendly, so it we couldn't adjust the temperature in the unit as needed, and no instructions were provided in the guest instruction manual. The unit also has an ant infestation. We found them in every room, and crawling on the table as we tried to eat meals. It is a modern unit, with a great location, but clearly needs some maintenance attention from the owners.

We stayed here as a home base to do some sightseeing at the National Parks. After long days of driving it was nice to be in walking distance to the stores and restaurants. The unit felt new and clean which is nice. We mainly used the bedrooms rather than the bunk beds in the living room but I can see how it could be fun with kids or a younger crowd. If a spa experience is a deciding factor, I wouldn’t get too excited about the hot tubs. We didn’t use them partly because their location felt like a back alley. Otherwise we were overall happy with our stay.

Everything was clean and new. We couldn’t find a can opener when we were making tacos, so we texted and she brought one right over.
Probably the nicest Vrbo we’ve stayed in so far.
The bunk beds especially were a huge hit with the kids. The teenagers just wanted to hang out in the loft part of the bunk .

Loved the proximity to downtown. Place was fantastic, stocked, and so super clean. Beds were comfortable, Stephanie was responsive and kind. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to our friends and family.

The trip was mostly focused on riding, but the back deck and hot tub was a great way to wind down afterwards. The chef in the party made great use of the kitchen and grill. Location was great for walking to restaurants the other days.

Moab friend reunion
We decided to book a trip to Moab super last minute with a bunch of friends. This was the perfect place to stay. We had plenty of comfortable beds to sleep in, and lots of space in the kitchen/living room area. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The entry area was super easy access for everyone, while still feeling safe. And the grill and hot tubs were the cherry on top to make for a fun getaway with friends. 10/10 recommend!

A group of 11 of us met up in Moab from all over (Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico) and we all absolutely loved the condo! The location was absolutely perfect, and only one block away from downtown so it made it super easy and convenient to walk around downtown, go shopping, get ice cream, run to the grocery store or drug store. The unit was completely stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of on-demand hot water. The communal area with the shared hot tub and grill was also wonderful and we were able to grill burgers one night and enjoy the hot tub and party lights. There were plenty of parking spaces as well for our large group (5 cars) and the other units as well. We are hoping to make this an annual trip and hope to stay at this condo when we come. The only negative was the pull out couch which was too uncomfortable for some of our group to sleep on. Highly recommend this unit.

The apartment is very well located and there is everything you need for your group including a terrace with a bbq & jacuzzi. Very clean with ample bathrooms. We will come back!

Moab Off-Road vacation house
Everything was great! House was clean, everything worked. Beds were excellent! (which is a HUGE part of my reviews) Bathroom lighting and water pressure also excellent. If there was one reason for 4 instead of 5 stars I'd have to say that its that there is nowhere to unpack clothes ie. no closets or dressers and with 12 of us it was a little inconvenient and we had to live out of our suitcases for the week. Drawers under the bunk beds would be a good idea. There were 2 drawers under the beds in the bedrooms but as you can imagine, that's not much for a group of 12 :) I'd still say it was one of the coolest houses we've stayed in and it was literally like a block from the main street so shopping & dining out were a piece of cake!
