Location is good. And, overall furnishing is nice. There is a lot of stuff in kitchen that can help if someone wants to cook occasionally.
Bathroom fittings can be better. Also, bed in one of the bedrooms seems a bit fragile. It is difficult to reach out to owner at times.

Location, bathroom, internet and the fact that I can cook and do laundry.
The kitchen cabinets need repair. Dining table is too low relative to chair height, and has spaces between boards that collect crumbs.

It was a perfect home away from home for our 3 night stay. Clean and well equipped, very close to the tram terminus.
The entrance door and corridor were a little shabby but the flat itself was bright and cosy, and spotlessly clean.
