I loved the location; the proximity to where I needed to be. I loved how respectful, friendly, helpful and accommodating the staff were. I loved the great bathrobe, comfortable bed, responsive fast wifi, the fact that breakfast came with the room, quaint little balcony, Great price! One would normally pay a lot more for a lot less in that part of town.
I didn't like that I could not use my debit card -- payment had to be made either in cash or by bank transfer. I also did not like that they could not verify the booking on their system. I had to take a screenshot of the booking confirmation on my phone, and send it to the receptionist. The receptionist was not notified once the bank transfer was made. I had to download the receipt from my bank and send it to her. Very little toilet paper, toiletries were not replenished, very shabby hand towels, neglected wear and tear.

Better attention to the hygienic comfort especially in the bathrooms will elevate the experience much better.

The location
Unclean environment and room. I had ants everywhere in my room, even on the bed. I hardly slept for two days. They finally sprayed insecticide on the last night there.
